Exclusive Services

We're a Vancouver-based real estate photography company offering comprehensive photo and video solutions. Our aim is to surpass your photography expectations and assist you in maximizing the sale price of your property.

What is your services area?

Free of travel fee:

Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge.

 

$50 Travel fee:

Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Squamish

$90 Travel fee:

Hope, Whistler

How quickly do I get photos back?

Our turnaround time is 24 hours or less. Most of the photos are delivered early in the morning of the next day

How many photos will be delivered?

You will have a decent amount of photos. For condo ~ up to 30 photos, Townhouse 35-40 photos, Houses 40-50 photos

Extra photos for $3 per image.

How are photos will be delivered?

We will provide you with a Dropbox link. All you need to do is download the zip file and unzip it on your computer. Alternatively, you can download the photos one by one. The link will provide two versions of the photos: Large (original size) and a smaller size for MLS 

How will be delivered the video?

We use the Vimeo service for hosting videos, which works perfectly for listings. The link provides options to download the video in different sizes.

When and How do I pay?

An invoice and an online payment form will be sent to you as soon as all services are delivered. Feel free to pay within a day or two. We would greatly appreciate it if you could do so as soon as possible .

Do you shoot with a wide angle lens?

Yes, we use a wide-angle lens that doesn't cause any distortions. However, we can shoot with an ultra-wide lens at your request, which can make small spaces appear much wider.

What should the property looks like?

Before our arrival, we kindly request that you prepare your property as follows:
- Ensure that all lights are turned on.
- Open blinds to let in natural light.
- Ensure there are no vehicles parked in the driveway.
- Keep pets out of sight during our appointment.
- If there's a need to rearrange furniture or decorations during the shoot, or if there are other individuals on-site such as stagers or buyer's agents, please schedule additional time in advance. Please note that an additional fee of $100 per hour may be applied to cover the downtime of our staff.
